Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 64ph. In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
Access to and use of the 64ph platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. 64ph employs identity verification (KYC) procedures to enforce this requirement. Any account found to belong to an individual under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and any balance forfeited.
By registering, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 21 years old; (b) you are legally entitled to use online gaming services under the laws of your jurisdiction; (c) you are not acting on behalf of another person; and (d) you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on 64ph. The creation of multiple accounts by one individual, or the sharing of accounts between individuals, is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. 64ph reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided at any time. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 64ph login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. 64ph will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain appropriate credential security.
You must notify 64ph's customer support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account, a breach of your password, or any other security concern. 64ph recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional security measure. Players are also advised to log out after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
64ph reserves the right to suspend or lock an account immediately if unusual activity is detected, pending verification of account ownership and security review.
64ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. 64ph reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed in the account withdrawal section. Users are responsible for any transaction fees imposed by their own financial service providers.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. All accounts must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed. 64ph targets processing of GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within thirty (30) minutes during normal operating hours. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time of the offer. In the absence of specific terms, general bonus terms apply as published on the promotions section of the platform.
64ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting technical errors, or coordinating with other players to circumvent wagering requirements — is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and potential account termination.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. 64ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification; provision of false registration information; underage gambling; or at the direction of PAGCOR or another competent authority.
Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation. Funds held in good standing — i.e., funds not subject to a dispute, wagering requirement, or suspected fraud — will generally be returned to the User's verified payment method following the completion of any required compliance review.
You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting 64ph customer support. Self-exclusion options are also available through the responsible gaming tools in your account settings.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 64ph shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from your use of the platform; (b) loss of profits, data, or business arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or game interruptions; (c) losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security; or (d) the conduct of third-party payment processors including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank.
Nothing in these Terms limits 64ph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be limited under Philippine law.

64ph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or prominent in-platform notice prior to taking effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that is not resolved through the dispute resolution process in Section 11 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
